Appointments

Please call us at (859) 236-7712 to schedule appointments during regular office hours. Our hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Missed appointments will be rescheduled on first occasion. An appointment missed for a second time will not be rescheduled without physician referral.

Our full attention is given to each patient as they are seen. We honor your valuable time and try our hardest to stay on schedule throughout the day. However, medical care is difficult to render within a scheduled time. From time to time, you may experience a delay in the time of your appointment and when you are seen by one of our physicians or medical staff. We appreciate your understanding in this regard and we promise to give each patient the time that they need to feel that they have been cared for in a professional manner.

Insurance & Methods of Payment
Women's Care for the Commonwealth accepts almost all insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. Co-pays are due prior to visits and will not be billed. Payment of balances after insurance are due within 30 days of insurance payment. Prompt payment of balances for professional care will be appreciated.
